It's the same that we grow up as days go by and learn from the process when we're students or workers. Nevertheless, the ways of life are totally diffeerent.

When we're students, we pay tuition and learn knowledge from the class and classmates. The score of tests or works can evaluate our achievements in school. When we're workers, we get salary and increase experiences from the working and colleagues. Our salary often stand for our personal ability of this job.
